The pressure on hospitals and
GPs has continued to mount with a triple whammy of chilling diseases,
prompting scientific staff to
dub this month 'Black January'.
After years of Covid, and
with inflation biting, many say chronic labor shortages and growing needs
are making
their jobs impossible and dangerous for the French fitness system.
Some hospitals
report that up to 90% of their staff are in "sick department protest" over the situations.
And France's second-biggest
fitness union referred to an "unlimited strike" this week, following a fortnight
